We started in the mid-1990s—with a single store, a few bags of merchandise, and the belief that a garment’s life doesn’t end with the first owner’s tag. Today, we have brick-and-mortar stores, our own warehouse, and an online store, which we launched in 2020 when the pandemic forced our physical stores to close.

Almost everything has changed over time. Except for one thing: we still love the moment when we open a new package of merchandise and don’t yet know what’s inside.

The mid-1990s— the first store. At that time, secondhand shopping was a novelty in Poland, and merchandise was sold straight from the bag, by weight.

Over the next two decades —more stores, our own warehouse, and a sorting facility. We’re learning to identify merchandise even before we open the packaging.

2020 — The pandemic closes shopping malls. W a few weeks, we launch an online store: camera, measuring tape, description. One item at a time.

Today —brick-and-mortar stores you can simply walk into, and an online store where new items arrive daily. Each item is one-of-a-kind.

After thirty years, we still enjoy doing this. Otherwise, we would have switched to something easier long ago.

We start with high-quality merchandise. We mainly purchase clothing sorted into the highest grades—in the industry, these are referred to as “cream,” “extra,” and “premium.” W practice, this means that before a shipment reaches us, someone has already removed everything that’s worn out, stained, or of no value. We select from what’s left.

We source widely. We work with suppliers from various countries in Europe and around the world—each market has different brands, different styles, and different vintage years. The broader our sources, the less predictable our selection.

Every item passes through our hands. We inspect its condition, measure it, describe it, and photograph it. We note any defects in the product listing—we’d rather lose a single sale than lose our customers’ trust.

There’s no other item just like this one. We don’t carry a range of sizes or accept special orders. There’s only one item W the store—exactly the one pictured. Once it’s sold, it’s gone for good.

We add new items every day. We don’t have seasons or collections—new items are added to the site daily. That’s why it’s worth checking back more often than just once a season: what isn’t available today might show up tomorrow.

You’ll find women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, as well as accessories—including brands you’d find in shopping malls alongside those that are no longer in production.

This aspect of the secondhand market is rarely discussed, yet it is what determines whether the industry makes sense. Here, clothing remains in circulation as long as it serves someone—only then does it become a raw material.

The best items make their way onto the store racks and here, onto the website.

Items that do not find buyers in Poland are sold wholesale to companies that sell secondhand clothing in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

We repurpose fabrics that can no longer be worn into cleaning cloths for industry and workshops. This is the material a mechanic uses to wipe his hands—it used to be a sweatshirt.

The rest is sent for recycling and recovery.

This part of the work is the least visible, yet it takes the most time. And it’s probably the part we’re most proud of.

Did you know that in the European Union, each person generates 16 kilograms of textile waste per year, and about 11 of those kilograms end up in mixed waste? These figures are from the European Environment Agency for 2022.

Starting in 2025, textiles may not be disposed of in mixed waste in Poland—every municipality is required to accept them at a PSZOK (Municipal Waste Collection Point). The reason is simple: clothes are accumulating faster than we can wear them out.

The second-hand market is a solution that predates regulations. By buying something that already exists, you extend its life. No grand statements, no guilty conscience—just great shopping.

Orders placed with the in-store pickup option are available for pickup at our store located at Pasaż Ursynowski 3, unit 4, in Warsaw.
